The YBG Founding 100 Application invites the first 100 members helping shape how we Move. Think. Be. globally. Founders share stories, test new ideas, and guide the future of the Young Black & Global community.
Why the Founding 100 Matters
Becoming part of the YBG Founding 100 Application process means joining a network of creators and thinkers who are redefining what global Black excellence looks like. Members help shape new ideas, collaborations, and opportunities that reach beyond borders while amplifying culture and innovation. Together, we Move. Think. Be. in ways that influence the next generation of storytellers and changemakers.
Who should apply?
Anyone of African descent—or an ally—who believes creativity, culture, and global connection can change the world. Artists, entrepreneurs, students, travelers, and thinkers are all welcome.
What are the benefits?
